A 14th Century Old English word for ‘BLINDFOLD’, or “Cover the Eyes”.

The BLINDFELLAN BLINDFOLD, is a perfect example of things that are not quite what they seem to be. While it appears that the performers head is wrapped in a thick opaque bandage, it is in fact wrapped in a custom designed purpose-built material that replicates that of a standard bandage.

It has two qualities that set it apart from the cloth Ace bandages that it so closely resembles.

The first is that it sticks to itself, so there is no need to pin, tape or knot it after putting it on. While this makes it very convenient to use as a blindfold or as a base for an even more elaborate eye covering, its other quality is what makes it particularly valuable to the mentalist.

I first discovered the unique properties of this material around 20 years ago and published this method of a bandage wrap around 2019 within my publication titled ‘The Virtual Centre Tear’, however since I made this publication many performers have reached out to me directly in search for the perfect material bandage, after many years of trial and error this gave birth to the new updated BLINDFELLAN BANDAGE. An item until now, that hasn’t been discovered by mentalists, magicians or mystics.

What sets the BLINDFELLAN apart from other styles of blindfold is firstly its innocent appearance. It can be fully examined by spectators.

But more importantly although the entire head is fully encased the performer has FULL VISIBILITY, compared to other similar blindfold methods that limit the performers visibility into looking down…

Within my previous publications there was limitations with the lighting, however with the new updated BLINDFELLAN BANDAGE, this will now also work in low lighting situations as well as well-lit environments equally as well.
