Where do the goods come from ?

We source our products from renowned suppliers in Italy and the United States. In Italy, we work with Difatta, renowned for its craftsmanship. In the United States, we work with Murphy’s Magic, a leader in the magic industry.

What payment methods are available ?
  • Credit card: for a fast, secure transaction.
    Cheque: a classic and reliable method.
    PayPal: a popular and secure online payment system, which allows you to pay directly from your PayPal account or with your credit card without having to share your bank details.

    Whichever method you choose, we are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your information.

How much does delivery cost ?

Here are the estimated prices for a single pack of cards:

At a relay point with Mondial Relay (delivery within 4 days): €4.18
At home with a recorded delivery service (delivery within 24 to 72 hours): €5.06
At home with Colissimo (delivery within 48 hours): € 6.80
At home with Chronopost (delivery within 24 hours): €14.90
On-site collection: free

We offer free delivery for purchases of €100 or more in mainland France.

What are the delivery times for orders ?

Delivery times depend on the carrier selected by the customer.

4 to 6 days for Mondial Relay
48 hours for Colissimo
24 to 72 hours for recorded delivery
24 hours for chronopost

If an item is available to order, delivery times will be longer as we must first receive the product from our supplier.

When will my order be dispatched ?

Our delivery times are expressed from the date of your order in working days (EXCEPT SATURDAY, SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS).

All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day by Colissimo, lettre suivie, mondial relay or chronopost.

Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next day.

These delivery times apply to products in stock (i.e. excluding products available to order).

How can I track the delivery of my order ?

Once we have prepared and dispatched your parcel, we will send you a tracking number by email.

This number will enable you to track the progress of your order in real time. You can check the delivery status and progress directly on the carrier’s website.

Thanks to this tracking, you’ll have the peace of mind of knowing where your parcel is every step of the way until it’s delivered.

Which countries do you deliver to ?

We deliver mainly to France, Belgium, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, Austria and Italy, but you can also order from anywhere in the world.

At Boutique Magic Effect, we want your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible. That’s why we offer you a quick and easy right of withdrawal.

Here’s how to return an item and get your money back:

1. Withdrawal period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to cancel.

3. Returning the product

You must return the product to us within a maximum of 14 days after having communicated your decision to cancel.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

4. Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

We will refund you using the same method of payment that you used to place your order.
