Withdrawal period
“Art. L. 121-21. – The consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise his right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following a cold calling or off-premises, without having to justify his decision, nor to incur others costs than those provided for in Articles L. 121-21-3 to L. 121-21-5. Any clause by which the consumer referred to his right of withdrawal is void. “
Exercise of the right of withdrawal
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending your request by post to the postal address SARL BOUTIQUE MAGIC EFFECT, 31 Rue des Alisiers, 14210 Tourville sur Odon, or by email at contact@shop-magic-effect.co.uk
Your request must be made within 14 days after your order, and must contain the following information:
- Last name / First name or Company name of the client
- Contact details
- Order number
- Date of mailing
Product return costs
All products subject to a withdrawal request must be returned at the customer’s expense to SARL BOUTIQUE MAGIC-EFFECT, 31 Rue des Alisiers, 14210 Tourville sur Odon within a maximum period of fourteen days after receiving your order.
This deadline shall be deemed to have been observed if the good is returned before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the good resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of this good.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse every payment, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice, if applicable, of a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will process the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly decide on a different means ; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
