WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Our delivery times are expressed from the date of your order in working days (EXCLUDING SATURDAY, SUNDAY and HOLIDAYS).
We ship all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. the same day by Colissimo, letter followed, delivengo, and Mondial relay.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. are shipped the next day.
These deadlines apply to products in stock (therefore excluding products available on order).
ENJOY REDUCED SHIPPING COSTS
For sending your order, we charge you shipping costs as indicated in the tables below.
These shipping costs represent a contribution to our shipping costs for your order, which depend on many things (weight and volume of your order for example). This means that we cover part of the shipping costs, in order to offer you reduced and flat-rate shipping costs.

Delivery in 72 hours by Delivengo
Your package is delivered to your home by Delivengo Europe within 72 hours minimum.
Delivery in 4 days by Mondial relay
Your package is delivered to the relay point within 4 days by Mondial Relay.
You can collect your package when it is available at the relay point of your choice. The package will be available there for 14 days.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS WITH DELAY
For products with a delivery time under one week and under 2, 3 and 4 weeks, shipping can only be done when the item available on order will be restocked from our suppliers.
Magic Effect Customer Service will confirm the shipment of your order by email, with a tracking number to track your order.
